Can Earth's gravity power gravity power plants below the ground ? This assumption maybe someday allow to produce clean and renewable electric energy for rising global consumption.

Such a kind of innovation will have to need a great construction work under ground due to the large dimension of this technical object. Once the construction is done, electricity should be obtained by an unbalanced gravity forces acting on the rotor in center of power plant. The force in assumption have to come from different mass amounts at the both sides of rotor by the use of tunnels and ground material on the other sides. With horizontal location of the power plant this aim can be obtained only by a proper tunnels length, the longer they are, the stronger result force should occur. Small amounts of forces should be amplify by some kind of gravity scale resonator, but for now I don't know how it's should working like.
