Inertial propulsion is based on centrifugal forces or reactions impulse engines and it can use also some magnetic interactions to control the thrust generation. Gennerally, in inertial propulsion always is engaged a weight of mass in motion and it can to use circular movement to generate non-symmetric inertial effects, which could be used to propel objects without any external attaching forces like emmiting gases or electromagnetic energy thrust like in photon propulsion. Inertial propulsion need heavy parts in rotation state, however nowadays science is not comfirming that inertial propulsion is a real propulsion method, because centrifugal forces on which this propulsion is based in approach of science is fictious kind of force. However problem of inertial propulsion is staying alive until our times and the history of effective kind of invention of that propulsion is reaching the times before even year 1950. If this problem would be seen with the approach of this science the working prototypes would not never exist, but and yet we had dealing with such a inventions like impulse linear reaction motor inventer yet in the year 1935 by H. Bull or there are such a invention like simple vehicles presented by A. Tolchin in yet Soviet Union in 70' from the last century. Inertial propulsion is not very popular kind of technology solution and with this topic is engaged very little financial resources precicted to make invention better, so the progress with developping this propulsion way is right now minimal. Some of researcher arrond all the world are trying to improve this propulsion as they still believe that the propulsion is worthy to interest but they are usually not connected with big govarmant projects or big industrial enterprises. Now a lot of works in this subject is realized by private researchers acting on their own hand, so they are separated from the big funds which could be used to make next important step for the civilization not relying on combustion and nuclear energy application. The inertial propulsion is complementary with the idea of clean energy using and it is not emmiting such a waists like exhaust gases or radiological polution. If this propulsion would be applicated in global scale after it would be developed to really useful in spce shape by those who are now not really interested of this propulsion, than world could be changed to the form that we only knows from the sci-fi movies like Star Trek or Star Wars. The main problem is also in the case of inertial propulsion, the lack of making louder this propulsion in public opinion, the matter of this propulsion is still hidden behind the industrial lobbying where still more used are the technologies which are relying on continuous deficit of energy and capital. However, using inertial energy is not such a distant topic for the industry as one could imagine, but we are dealing now with the situation where we could definitely stand for one of the option or another and if we select the option with current industry deal the chance to reverse the course of this industry could pass so far away that we lost it from our sight for really long time.The problem of inertial propulsion is based on manipulation of centrifugal force rarely by changing location masses in linear movement. That aim can be achieved by application of two ways, one is based on adding the mass in proper hemisphere of rotation and the second is based on changing the speed of rotation of those masses. Two rotating masses can cancel the problem of side centrifugal forces because they are paired. When the masses are located on the same side and not on opposite sides the force is occurring, differently to the situation in which they are located on opposite sides if they are synchronized the force is equal zero. In Inercoid of G. Shipov they are forced to moving faster in forward part of the circumference and they don't touch external rim (there is no external rim at all in this case) thus don't need any bearings, different power is used from the DC motors to propel them faster in forward and slower in rear part of the system. In my solution the system is working more liquidly, however require bearings (linear and ball bearings). My system is based on application of special rim located on the outside and its curvature, which is limiting escape of the masses due to centrifugal force. So, the system operation is based only on the same current, no change in voltage is needed supplying the DC motor nevertheless the motor will get more voltage on continuous speed up needed to gain more propulsive force. Changing in speed is caused only by this curvature and the changed in time distance between the mases and the center of rotation. If the massed are close to the center of rotation the centrifugal force is falling also to almost zero, due to the minimal road to go for the masses. If the masses are passing in highest point of the system, they also have a potential in centrifugal force strength implicating from faster movement on more distant orbit around the center point of rotation.

Magnetic propulsion in approach of this page is not a solar wind application or plasma propulsion because it is based on magnetic internal interaction between parts of a spaceship as a field acting.
Whether magnetic propulsion is usful in space?
Magnetic propulsion could be usful in space and could to propel spaceships and other objects due to its independent propulsion solutions not connected with any medium in space besides only the vacuum itself and magnetic force-based interactions. It is related to the only magnetic relations between coils, permanent magnets and electric currents and not based on any jet propulsions.
How magnetic propulsion can operate?
Magnetic propulsion could be based on Lorentz force or only on specific magnetic solutions based on magnetic field application. After the preparing the spaceship by decreasing the gravity force acting on the vehicle using gravity anf inertial forces, the spaceship can be easely propelled by the Lorentz force, because the inertial forces are eliminated to that point the spaceship can make turns by a 90 degrees instantly or turning back instantly. Additionally the mass of the spaceship is disconnected from its weight, so all the time the spaceship is weighting nothing and it is in weightlessness state. That's how I imagine also a kind of magnetic propulsion. It is simply magnetic slowing down rotating copper discs and in this process the inertial energy of the discs and magnetic power from the electromagnets will, as I suspect, change to linear upward thrust. As I said those copper discs have horseshoe electromagnets, and they are passing between those electromagnets. The device will be propelled by three electric motors. Each from the three generators is mounted on two ball bearings which are not shown in the pictures. In earlier attempts of this idea, I was proposing the application of permanent magnets placed on near to the disc's circumference distances and this could be in my opinion better solution due to avoiding strong overheating the copper discs in this solution as it is shown on my pictures, however I was trying to simplify a little my conception so I am posting the method with copper discs without the magnets. The system can simply not work due to this device stands one piece and the forces can balance each other. I have noticed ealier this problem, so I simultaneously have developed the system where copper core was rotating in non-ferromagnetic tube pushed by compressed air so the system will be divided to two different parts to avoid self-balancing of the forces. So, I am aware that system I'm presenting right know could have key defects making unavailable correct working of such a device but also want to share my thoughts to wider publicity to show my progress in research in the magnetic propulsion. What about connecting those discs to electric current. If the current will flow from the center to the circumference of the discs or in opposite direction than perhaps the Lorentz force could appear with interaction between current and magnetic field from the electromagnets. Additionally electric charge in movement will produce the magnetic force that would be interacting with electromagnets. However, complexity of such a solution where I have rotating discs with flowing current and magnetic field from the electromagnets makes me a little dizzy this time. Maybe someone with better mind could work this problematic situation with this technology attempt out.This technology needs an approach where knowledge from the range of magnetic field and electric current takes the main place. If the current will be predicted to flow from the inside of the discs to the circumference with perpendicular magnetic field application with use of electric brushes than magnetic field from flowing charge discs will be interacting with electromagnets.
